Incorporation
Binaik Equity Bhd. was incorporated on 22th January 2001 and listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd. on 15th August 2002 as a property counter. Binaik Equity Bhd.'s paid-up capital upon listing was RM100million.

Background
Binaik Equity Bhd is an investment holding company while its subsidiaries principle activities involve property developments and investments. The Groups started with small development project in Johor in 1985. Slowly and steadily the Group expanded its development throughout Johor. With 20 years experience in property development, managing and trading building material supply, the Group has shown its successes in all of its property development projects which it undertook. With the help of modern architecture, design and the availability of new materials, the Group is able continue to provide premium quality homes.
