Terms and Conditions:
 
  • Employees of the Management of Binaik Equity Bhd. and its subsidiaries and their immediate families are not allowed to participate.
  • The contest period is from 24th April 2008 – 18th July 2008 (12 weeks)
  • Car stickers can be collect at Taman Pulai Flora, Taman Jayamas Sales Office or Jayaplus Bakti Sdn. Bhd. main office and registration start from 24/4/2008.
  • To qualify for participation in the contest, the Taman Pulai Flora car sticker must be displayed prominently on the rear windscreen of the vehicle.
  • Only vehicles spotted by the Jayaplus Bakti Sdn. Bhd. spotters will be eligible for the contest.
  • Each person is only entitled to win only one (01) prize in the contest.
  • Winners’ list shall be made available at www.binaik.com.my on every Friday from 2nd May 2008.Besides, winner will be informed in order to collect the prize
  • The decision of the company on the winners shall be the final.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Jayaplus Bakti Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to publish or display the personal information or likenesses of the winners for advertising and publicity purposes.
